New additions in the Fin Dic

Hi guys!

I hope you enjoy summer and sun at a Paradiso Beach and you can hardly read this :-)
However, for those of you who are followers and supporters of my work from cell phones, PDAs, tablets and handhelds, this is to inform you about the new additions in the Financial Dictionary today.

These include the definitions of:

1. Debt Financing
2. Equity Financing
3. Venture Capital
4. Angel Investor

I hope this effort is helpful to you.

Happy Summer!!

Marketing book review

Hi Deepraj,

Thank you for your email and thanks for liking my site at the university of Mauritius.

Actually, some of the best marketing books for review are either for Coca Cola or Starbucks. They are both strong brands, globally established and well-structured.

Take a look and choose as you wish:

1. "Inside Coca-Cola: A CEO's Life Story on Building the World's Most Popular Brand" by Neville Isdell & David Beasley
2. Brand Sense: Sensory Secrets Behind the Stuff We Buy by Martin Lindstrom & Philip Kotler
3. Onward: How Starbucks Fought for Its Life without Losing Its Soul by Howard Schultz & Joanne Gordon
4. It's Not About the Coffee: Lessons on Putting People First from a Life at Starbucks by Howard Behar, Janet Goldstein & Howard Schultz

Everything is on Amazon.

Good luck! I hope I helped!!
